Accuracy of Information
Premier Morphs Ltd makes every effort to ensure that all information on this website and the stock availability is up to date, current and correct.
Prices
We aim to be as competitive as we can on price.
Discount is sometimes available on multiple purchases but the level applied is at our discretion. Trade enquires are welcome but proof of trade status via a valid pet shop licence will be required to receive our trade price list
Payments
We accept the following methods of payment:

Personal cheques
Cash
In all cases payment must be received in full before goods are despatched.
Cheques may take between 10-14 days to clear but we will endeavour to keep you up to date with the process and ship the animals in a timely manner.
Waiting lists
With certain
species/morphs demand is high.
If you wish to be placed on our waiting list please contact us and we will endeavour to fulfil your request.
Waiting lists are run on a first come first served basis as animals hatch.
You will be contacted by us when you reach the top of the list. At this point we will require a deposit of 20% of the value of your purchase to secure your animal/s and you will then be notified when they are ready.
Deposits
Deposits can be used to hold animals for an agreed period of time.
They are
Non Refundable unless for any reason we are unable to supply you with your animal
Delivery
We have a dedicated livestock courier service that operates on a same day service/24 hour service dependant on your location.
In order to keep your costs down for this service we amalgamate orders together.
As a general rule we send out animals twice a month but if animals are required urgently we will do our best to accommodate your request.
Due to the nature of same day deliveries your animal may turn up late at night.
Please be aware of this when you use this service.
When we package animals for delivery we make every effort to ensure their wellbeing during transport.
Please unpack the animals in front of the courier before you sign for the delivery.
Delivery charge : 40.00 + VAT (payable with order)
If you wish to use a different courier service you are welcome to arrange this yourself but we cannot be held responsible for the safe transport of your animal.
Privacy
Any personal information obtained via this website is used solely for the purpose of fulfilling your order.
It is never used to send you unsolicited mail or passed on to any third party.
Sales
We reserve the right to refuse sales to anyone we deem unfit to keep an animal and keep it in the correct manner with its welfare being our prime concern.
