Buttermel Motley Corn When we started trying to get the motley gene into the crimson we crossed the pastel motley male to one of the female crimsons and when we crossed one of the resulting females to the butter motley male we had a surprise. Some of the motley off-spring appeared to be amelanistic so we kept them and over time their colour has intensified like the buttermels they are beautiful snakes with a bright orange background and yellow ovals/circles
