Brazilian Rainbow Boas get their name from where they come from and their highly irridescent skin. They have a few specialist requirements most of all is a higher than normal humidity requirement. Cage humidity in the region of 70-80% is required for these snakes especially with young snakes. Adults are a little hardier, but hatchling's will dehydrate very quickly if not given enough water/humidity
